KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
- There is no state law that says you need more than
ONE estimatel
- You have the right to choose which
repair facility you want your vehicle repaired at!
- Some insurance companies might ask
you to bring your vehicle to one of their drive-in
claims centers. If you are unable to do so, you can
request an insurance adjuster to look at your vehicle
at Van Eck Auto Body.
- It is common for repair estimates
to be different. If you have received a lower estimate,
it may not include all the necessary work. We at
Van Eck Auto Body will match lower estimates, as
long as they are from a reputable body shop.
- Not all repair facilities provide
you with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for FREE at Van Eck
Auto Body we dOl Each and every customer receives
a Lifetime Guarantee on all repairs done to their
vehicle.
 Second:
GET AN ESTIMATE
- At Van Eck Auto Body we do FREE
estimates, and you don't need an appointment. Our
hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:30am to
5:30pm. and Saturday by appointment only
- For your convenience, at Van Eck
Auto Body, we do mobile estimating. If you are unable
to make it here, we will come to you; just give us
a call.
Third:
SCHEDULE AT APPOINTMENT
- Give us a call once you've decided
when you want to have your vehicle repaired. If you
need a rental vehicle while your car is being repaired,
let us know, and we can set that up for you.
