THE VAN ECK PROCESS
Greeting & Estimate
Upon your arrival, one of our helpful staff members will greet you and listen to your needs. One of our estimators will perform a visual inspection and explain the process that will be required to restore your vehicle to its pre-loss (before the accident) condition. Once your vehicle is transferred to us, our staff goes through a detailed checklist to make sure your car is given the utmost care. After the initial appraisal, we will determine the amount of time it will take for us to complete the work on your vehicle. We know how important your time is and we give you an expected finish date at this point.
Normal Repairs
Vehicles with collision damage, but without structural damage fall into this category. We will provide you with the best estimate of the time frame for completing the work on your car. We will also be in constant contact with you to keep you updated on our progress and our estimated completion date.
Paint
If your vehicle requires new paint, it will get the VIP treatment as our painting is done in a cutting-edge spray booth. These booths are industry best, equipped with specialized “Downdraft” fans which pull contaminates away from the car so they don’t get in the paint. We bake all of our paint on, and we custom mix our paint in-house for a PERFECT color match! You’ll be happy to know that all the paint we use is eco-friendly. Eco-friendly paint takes a lot longer to get dry so we have also installed “Speculating” Fans to help cut down on this extra drying time
Vehicle Delivery
After a complete inspection of your vehicle repair, we certify that we take all the necessary steps to restore its crashworthiness, as well as a guarantee that all of the work has been done in a factory authorized method. Your car will be waiting for you washed inside and out.
